Mandarin Oranges, 2 Large Cans
Orange Gelatin, 1 Package (3 Ounces)
Vanilla Pudding, 1 Package (3.4 Ounces)
Foodland Orange Sponge Cake, 1 Cake
Cool Whip, As Needed
Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla pudding
  • 1 Foodland's Orange Sponge Cake, cubed
  • As needed Cool Whip, thawed

 

Directions

  1. Get a cup of liquid from the mandarin oranges. Microwave and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the orange gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  3. Cool the gelatin mixture until just warm.
  4. Place thawed cool whip into a mixing bowl, add vanilla pudding and combine until well incorporated with a whisk.
  5. Add cooled gelatin mixture to pudding mixture and whisk to incorporate until no longer lumpy.
  6. In a 3-quart serving bowl, place a tight layer of cubed sponge cake.
  7. Add onto the top of the cake cubes the orange mixture.
  8. Spread a thin layer of cool whip.
  9. Next, add a layer of mandarin oranges.
  10. Repeat the steps in the same order.
  11. Place inside the fridge to set for at least 2 hours before serving.
